Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking people to join us as a Workplace Partner, employed on a Full-Time basis. This collaborative role will require you to use your interpersonal and workplace management expertise to shape an efficient workplace, based onsite in the Melbourne CBD.

The Workplace Partner will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workplace environment through strong and effective engagement. Responsible for serving as the primary liaison for business units, this role brings the workday experience to life, by delivering exceptional service to all patrons. This role optimizes the workplace for comfort and productivity, while overseeing coordination, planning, delivery of minor workspace churn, and soft services like cleaning and plant maintenance.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, embody our values and prioritize outstanding service. They will work with a prominent National client in the banking sector, with great alignment and exposure to our ISS Global Workplace experience team. The role would be based in Melbourne, working closely with the client to ensure successful delivery of customer concepts, processes and tools are deployed and embedded across the client’s portfolio, while providing innovative insights on continuous ways to evolve.

 The Position:

  • Provide friendly and engaging Customer Service, meeting all client expectations.
  • Take the lead in organizing workspace transitions and drive engagement to client events.
  • Optimize workplace functionality by ensuring meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and resolve any equipment issues.
  • Maintain the assigned commercial site/floors as the corporate showcase to all visitors.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the safety cultures: E.g., Incident Reporting/Hazard Identification/Client-specific safety systems and requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of Serraview database and ensure all relevant mailboxes are monitored and managed.
  • Ensure the completion of cleaning and tasks related to maintenance, from initiation to resolution.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for process improvement, actively engaging in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to facilitate consistent and optimised operations.

Minimum Criteria:

  • 3 years’ experience in Workplace/Facilities Management (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships
  • MS Office suite proficiency required.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solution- focused time player
  • Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services)
