Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a Digital Content Lead at our Melbourne CBD Office, employed on a Full Time basis.

We are seeking creative and strategic content producer with a genuine love for creatively engaging with audiences. As a digital content specialist, you'll play a crucial role in creating, managing, and delivering our content strategy across a variety of channels and platforms.


Your role will involve crafting engaging and compelling content to effectively communicate our brand's message, our good news stories and our business news to attract and retain customers and drive business growth.


We're looking for someone who thinks outside the box and brings their own unique ideas to the table. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver business-specific needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create, edit, and publish digital content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital communication channels.
  • Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, such as articles, blog posts, articles, videos, and interactive elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, subject matter experts and business leaders to gather information and insights to create compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Optimise digital content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it is aligned with best practices for online visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and social media metrics, to make data-driven decisions for content optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance content strategies
  • Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, preferably in a similar role or within an agency setting.
  • Exceptional Omni-channel content writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, syntax, and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated writing experience for both online and offline channels
  • Proficiency in using various digital content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), graphic design software, video editing software, and social media management tools.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track content performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand values and resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
