The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Maintenance Team on an 8 days on, 6 days off fly-in-fly-out roster from Perth Airport to our Roy Hill site in regional Western Australia.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage our client’s maintenance portfolio in line with contractual agreements.

You will provide strong leadership, support and coordinate trade and maintenance staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment across a large village and ensuring continuity of maintenance operations at optimum efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Management and leadership of all on-site maintenance team members.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  • Openly communicate with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.
  • Manage in line with budget the cost and expenses for all maintenance related projects as per all onsite contract scopes. Maintain costs at budgeted levels.
  • Managing stock purchasing.
  • Keep maintenance logs.
  • Investigate equipment failure/malfunction and implement or coordinate repairs.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Manual Driver’s License.
  • Previous experience providing maintenance services.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Able to work 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster.
