Summary:

A Food Service Assistant works closely with Dieticians and Dietary Aides to provide dietary specific food and refreshments for all inpatients and outpatients within the Hospital's portfolio. This includes preparation and delivery of meals and refreshments on a scheduled roster in a well-maintained kitchen adhering to strict hygiene standards. 

Current Opportunity: 

Part Time & Casual shifts; shifts are rostered over seven days including Public Holidays. 

Minimum Criteria:

• COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. 
• Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diptheria
• Flexibility to work a rotational roster; including early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Current Police Clearance no older than 3 months is essential 
• Current DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC) is essential 
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
• Food Handlers Certificate (Do Food Safely) is required for Catering / Food Services roles (free online course)
