Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Concierge/receptionist to join an onsite facility in Wacol-QLD, on a Full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing reception, incoming and outgoing calls, visitor access, security systems, swipe cards, voicemail, and phone administration.
  • Coordinating site inductions, maintaining records, and managing employee and visitor registers.
  • Handling mail, courier services, invoice processing, order generation, and fault logging.
  • Supporting HR administration, contractor management, OH&S administration, and other business support functions.
  • Assisting with office relocations, refurbishments, training room setup, and catering coordination.
  • Acting as a central communication point across departments and supporting emergency response and meeting coordination activities.
  • Developing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing administrative requirements across a mixed industrial and warehouse portfolio.
  • Supporting colleagues during peak periods and undertaking additional duties as required by management.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or contract environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management abilities
  • Ability to identify resource and material requirements to support operational needs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements, with a commitment to safe work practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational office environment

If successful, you would need to provide a clear National Police Check within 12 months of issue.
