Our team is growing and we currently have a role on offer for a Business Performance & Insights Manager, employed on a Full-Time basis, based in Adelaide.
This role plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, high‑quality, and patient‑centred delivery of ISS services within a healthcare environment. This role drives operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the contract, ensuring all services meet clinical standards, accreditation requirements, and client expectations.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be working across a key Healthcare site with Key Account Managers and site supervisors, as well as our Estimators and support functions such as finance, P&C, payroll and commercial.
The key areas of focus for the role are as follows:

Lead and support operational teams to deliver high‑quality healthcare services, including cleaning, patient support, waste, and other soft services

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention and control (IPC) requirements, and relevant accreditation standards

Analyze data across the business to make informed decisions or assist other team members and leadership with insights to make sound decisions

Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks to maintain clinical‑grade standards

Develop and implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps

Support workforce planning, onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing training
What you will bring:
- Project and Change Management: Proven track record in leading projects and effectively implementing organisational changes.
- Excel Proficiency: Extensive experience in utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Self-Motivated & methodical: highly organised, systematic, and collaborative in approach, ensuring consistent and effective results
- Data Visualization and Analytics: Skilled in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data visualisation and insights.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients
