We have an exciting new opportunity to join one of our global clients specialised in banking as a Facilities Co-ordinator located in the Melbourne CBD employed on a Permanent Full-Time basis onsite.

The Facilities Coordinator will support the delivery of high-quality facilities services at our corporate office. This role focuses on day-to-day coordination of maintenance, compliance, and soft services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all building users.

 

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of daily facilities operations, to include both hard and soft services.
  • Consistent maintenance and ensuring of accuracy through asset registers, and assisting with lifecycle planning.
  • Provide subcontractor management support, including compliance and accreditation checks.
  • Assist with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality control processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and the client to monitor and report on KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Deliver timely responses to urgent maintenance requests and defect works.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation maintenance for audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
  • Support budget tracking for consumables and minor works. 

 

What you will possess to be successful: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
  • Ideally possess a Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Familiarity with OH&S; Act, ISO standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination or administration.
  • Experience liaising with contractors and managing service delivery.
  • Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude!
