We’re seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator (also known as a Resource Scheduling Coordinator) to manage and maintain a relief/casual pool of Placemakers working in cleaning roles across a large government contract, ensuring they are engaged, scheduled, and fully supported to fill shifts as required. You will be a key point of contact for employee enquiries and will ensure payroll and administrative processes are accurate and timely.
This Full Time permanent role will be based onsite at our Milperra office.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Manage and engage the relief pool of Placemakers – to ensure they are available and ready to accept shifts.
- Handle rostering in UKG, including updates, terminations, and job requisitions.
- Coordinate daily scheduling and ensure compliance with security and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of availability, attendance, and scheduling.
- Provide reports on staffing trends and utilisation.
- Ensure all communication (calls, emails, texts) is processed through Genesys and meet strict KPIs (e.g., 100% inbound calls answered within 60 seconds).
- Participate in meetings and close out queries promptly.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Compliance requirement - Hold and maintain a NSW Working with Children Check, NSW Police Clearance and NSW Government Clearance.
