We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our ISS team at our Melbourne Airport site in the position of Customer Service Officer employed on a Casual basis.

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for meeting and greeting passengers, providing general communication, guiding, wayfinding, support to passengers, including those with additional needs across the Melbourne Airport precinct.

 The Position:

  • You will provide a high level of customer service to traveling passengers
  • Assist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport
  • Manage passenger flow at screening point to minimise queuing times 
  • Strong customer service focus and team player mindset

Minimum Criteria:

  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
  • Hold a valid drivers' license and have own reliable vehicle
  • Flexible in work hours with availability 24/7
  • At least 2yrs customer facing experience
