An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Service Manager to join our dynamic and professional Cleaning Management Contract Team based in Melbourne, Victoria. 

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the day to day management of the Company’s contracts within an assigned area/customer base, and should ensure that their work, and that of their teams, is delivered in the most cost effective manner to ensure that the Company’s contractual obligations to its customers are met.

You will are also be required to provide leadership and support to all on site staff, while maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.

In this high performance environment you will achieve success by consulting with stakeholders on a regular basis while tenaciously driving performance delivery.

As you will be in constant contact with Clients and Senior Executives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.

You will have extensive experience in a multi sited professional cleaning sector and in particular a working knowledge of Schools based building/site management.

Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role, as is a strong decision making capability.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of the cleaning industry, with experience in managing a large multi sited portfolio
  • Ability to professionally communicate with clients on a Management level
  • People skills with a passion for training and coaching in the field a must
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet essential deadlines   
  • Monitor, contract variations and achieve KPI schedules in line with a stringent audit regime  
  • Proactively oversee the safety and OH&S obligations as required
  • Monthly financial reporting skills
  • Must have valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass Police Clearance and Federal criminal background checks
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Card
