Our team is growing and we currently seeking a person to join us in the position of a Maintenance Support Officer at our Dysart Depot on a full time basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
Accurate data entry and relaying of information received from a Call Centre Environment
Ensure accuracy of maintenance data within our system
Ensure timely reporting to the client and ISS team
Other administrative tasks as required
Ideal candidates will possess the following experience and qualifications
Working knowledge of 1SAP
Good customer service and phone manner
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Experience in data entry at a high volume
Experience working in a customer service focused role
Ability to meet deadlines, a high level of accuracy and strong analytical skills
Personal characteristics of being a team player and a good attitude
Ability to comprehend and communicate information
Ability to achieve objectives using the resources available within the set timeframe
Experience using Hummingbird is an advantage
BMA Inducted is also an advantage
