We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional to assist with the management of one of our industry leading banking contracts in the CBD of Sydney. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced facility administrator wanting to consolidate their experience on a rewarding contract.

 

The Facilities Management Coordinator will provide key administrative support to the team, under the direction of the Key Account Manager - Soft Services and Fabric, with a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Ensure the completion of all contractor inductions to site, ensure contractor documentation is provided in a timely manner and that all subcontractor contracts and agreements are up to date and in place.
  • Ensure site and system access procedures are managed in accordance with client standards.
  • Manage invoicing for the team, ensuring coordination with ISS’ finance department
  • Assist with work order management
  • Assist with systems management; e.g. User configuration, vendor information and general data management
  • Assist the FMs and KAM with general administrative tasks in order to maintain up to date and accurate records, achieve contractual compliance and to maintain a high level of service delivery at all times.

    To be successful in this role, you would need to meet the below criteria:

    Essential

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional planning, organisation and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated administration experience in an operational office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team as well as autonomously when required
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and within short deadlines

Desirable:

  • A strong interest in Facilities Management
  • Experience in Facility Management, Asset Management, or related field.
