An exciting opportunity exists for a Facilities Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate should be ambitious, enjoy a challenge and have a strong background managing trades and experience with the operation of facilities maintenance services for infrastructure at remote site locations.

Pre-requisites:

  • Proven Senior Maintenance Management experience in managing multiple locations and various trade disciplines within a remote high volume demanding FM environment.
  • Proven experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems along with proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with scheduling of Planned, Unplanned and Statutory maintenance.
  • A sound understanding of maintenance planning principles and experience developing maintenance plans covering multiple disciplines would be well regarded.
  • Experience scoping and managing various trade and non-trade staff to deliver works in line with client projects.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of parts and equipment to ensure the smooth supply of FM services on site without delays.
  • Experience with asset collection and lifecycle management a must.
  • Any relevant trade qualification or a degree/diploma in Engineering or Maintenance Management.
  • A national police clearance (or willing to obtain one)
