An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team based in South Australia.

 

You will be responsible for the entire Food and Beverage function; you will oversee the Catering department, as well as Tavern and Retail Operations.

 

You will be responsible for leading the onsite Food and Beverage team in professional guest protocols through onsite training & coaching our staff to success.

 

You will need an eye for detail, creative flair and confidence to deal with any requests.

 

Roster Pattern for this role is 5&2, 4&3, 5&2, 8&6 FIFO Adelaide

 

Pre requisites to be successful in this role:

 

  • Demonstrated previous Hospitality Food & Beverage Experience not less than 3 years
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Leadership skills
  • Food innovation
  • Knowledge of SA Food & Beverage suppliers
  • Proficiency with Word & Excel
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and juggling multiple priorities
  • Flexibility of work hours
  • Ability to be an Approved Manager
  • Current Police Clearance
  • C Class Driver’s License
  • Demonstrated ability to control the department budget

 

As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.
