An exciting opportunity exists for a Tavern Supervisor to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team.  

The ideal applicant should be able to demonstrate strong leadership with effective influencing and communication skills, and will have previous experience in all aspects of front of house operations, including professional bar service. 

The successful candidate should be ambitious, enjoy a challenge and have a strong administrative background including experience with: computerised register systems and electronic buying systems.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Staff Management

Current RSA

Approved Managers

Passion for Customer Service

Plan and implement service initiatives

Building customer and client relationships

Stock control, rotation and rostering

Previous experience in a large bistro and bar management

Proven experience working within budgets, along with controlling both food and beverage including all labour costs

Ability to communicate and work with all staff

Professional approach

Willing to do a 2:1 FIFO Roster

 

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate previous supervisory or management experience particularly within a busy bistro bar; sound administration skills and a commitment to OHS.  

Applicants must have an unrestricted C class license, a current police clearance and be prepared to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
