We currently have an exciting Fixed Term opportunity for a Contact Centre Specialist to join our head office in Macquarie Park.  You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm.  Some weekend and night work may be required to cover staff holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality Contact Centre services for multiple clients across Australia and New Zealand
  • Be the “First Point of Contact” for all building maintenance works and coordinate the delivery of Contractor and Supplier services
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, tradesman and internal staff
  • Ensure all Service Calls are completed within contract KPI targets
  • Identify process improvement opportunities the positively impact our customers experience
  • Adhere to ISS Company Policies and Procedures

To be successful in your application, you must possess the following:

  • At least 2 years operational experience in a customer service position with a high level of telephone and email support
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume call centre environment would be highly regarded
  • A bright and enthusiastic phone manner
  • A positive attitude with a drive to delivering exceptional customer service
  • High standard of written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • A can-do and proactive attitude with a great eye for detail
  • Strong computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously
  • Ability to work within a great team and adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • An ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and maintain a high level of confidentiality
